Cute little Victoria Sponges with Raspberry jam in the middle
I'm very proud of my homemade raspberry jam - and it makes a delicious centre to these vanilla sponges.

During lockdown, my husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter, who lived ten miles away, with something special for her birthday.
The Village Cakery came to the rescue. Mina was wonderful to deal with and happily made and delivered a beautiful Angel cake on the big day. Our daughter was thrilled, and later told us it was absolutely delicious.
Thank you, Mina — you really saved the day. We’ll be recommending you to our friends.
