An easy-going flavour, fluffy & moist sponge, topped with silky smooth buttercream...
A new flavour cupcake with the classic zesty appeal of lemon - but also an added interest of a summer spice mix. Nothing like the rich winter spices, this summer mix is much lighter but still beautifully fragrant. This makes a lovely layer cake as well - just ask me!

During lockdown, my husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter, who lived ten miles away, with something special for her birthday.
The Village Cakery came to the rescue. Mina was wonderful to deal with and happily made and delivered a beautiful Angel cake on the big day. Our daughter was thrilled, and later told us it was absolutely delicious.
Thank you, Mina — you really saved the day. We’ll be recommending you to our friends.
