The Village Cakery have recently created a gluten free gingerbread house kit for me for Christmas. Both myself and my son have to follow a gluten free diet and often miss out on mainstream baked goods as there are very few gluten free options available. Mina was so knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to provide the perfect kit including gf icing and sweets for the decoration. My son and I had a wonderful time putting it together and decorating it. The gingerbread tasted delicious and the texture was superb! I’m already putting in my next order 🙂
