Almost a pudding - superbly moist & much lighter than a normal cake
A supremely more-ish cake with four layers, filled with coffee and Baileys liqueur over a light, smooth mascarpone filling - and with a final touch generously dusted good quality cocoa powder on the top. Not overly sweet, but moist and enticing.This cake has interesting variations - just ask me when you order.
