A traditional cake from the Capri island in Italy based on almonds and chocolate, which it is accidentally Gluten Free.
It has a beautiful flavour, a pleasing texture and for a touch of luxury, I add a layer of ganache or top for that extra chocolatey experience.

Hi Mina, just to say the group absolutely loved the lamingtons, my friend who lives close to me is probably going to be in touch regarding getting more. They thought there was a great layer of icing (which of course is so disappointing when you bite into one and it doesn’t have enough).
