New York Style cheesecake with a velvety creamy filling baked atop a buttery biscuit crust.
It can be a simple Cheesecake or it can have a topping, my favourite is Toffee and Pecan nuts.
Please note that Baked Cheesecakes take time to prepare and chill, so it cannot be a last minute order.
Should you need it at a short notice, the Classic Cheesecake would be suitable.

During lockdown, my husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter, who lived ten miles away, with something special for her birthday.
The Village Cakery came to the rescue. Mina was wonderful to deal with and happily made and delivered a beautiful Angel cake on the big day. Our daughter was thrilled, and later told us it was absolutely delicious.
