I will never forget when I tried Angels Food Cake for the very first time. I thought it was indeed worthy of being Angel’s dessert, it was a divine experience. It pairs well with berries and perfect for the summer months.
Variations: it can be dressed like Boston Cream Pie, filled with crème patisserie and topped with ganache.
The filling can be mascarpone and raspberries. It can be topped with white chocolate, rose and pistachio. Overall it is a fabulous cake on its own but also a great canvas for adding flavours.
