Boston Cream Pie

It is not a pie but a cake! An American recipe And a derby good one too.

It is the type of cake you cannot stop going back to for another slice.

Two fluffy vanilla sponges filled with Custard and topped with ganache. It sounds simple but it is insanely good!

The ganache top is a great canvas for personalised messages, chocolate decorations, berries. You can also order a variation of this cake made with Angels Food Cake instead of the vanilla sponges, which is even more delicious.

The fresh custard element requires refrigeration and consuming the cake within two days (if it lasts this long).
