A chewy middle & a cracked top = chocolate heaven!
I use very high-quality Belgian chocolate for these - they contain chunks of chocolate & have chocolate drizzle on top. 1 tray of brownies measures .... by ..... It can then be sliced as you wish (into 12 big brownies, or 18 small brownies, etc)
The perfect little treat for a relaxing weekend indulgence

During lockdown, my husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter, who lived ten miles away, with something special for her birthday.
The Village Cakery came to the rescue. Mina was wonderful to deal with and happily made and delivered a beautiful Angel cake on the big day. Our daughter was thrilled, and later told us it was absolutely delicious.
Thank you, Mina — you really saved the day. We’ll be recommending you to our friends.
