Every country has their own version of the butter spritz cookie (and no wonder, as they're DELICIOUS!). These are the Bulgarian version and I use my Mum's recipe, which is the very best!
One for the Christmas cookie jar!

During lockdown, my husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter, who lived ten miles away, with something special for her birthday.
The Village Cakery came to the rescue. Mina was wonderful to deal with and happily made and delivered a beautiful Angel cake on the big day. Our daughter was thrilled, and later told us it was absolutely delicious.
